Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

·         Design and develop mechanical systems

·         Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements

·         Prepare engineering calculations, drawings and specifications

·         Perform design and production trials

·         Participate I        n design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes

·         Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members

·         Review and approve documentation for quality and safety

·         Perform project analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications

·         Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering

·         Experience with mechanical design and control systems

·         Experience with manufacturing process development

·         Experience with CAD tools

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Strong problem-solving skills
